Job Description

1. Source candidates through existing databases, consultants, job portals, and social media platforms.

2.Schedule interviews for all shortlisted candidates.

3. Evaluation of CVs as per the required criteria.

4. Identify open positions and assess transfer options for the post.

5. Interview call letter.

6. Facilitating HR Interview and Technical Interview.

7. Maintaining and updating Database and recruitment reports.

8. Engage in Headhunting/Referral check/Portal/Facebook/LinkedIn

9. Build and maintain strong networks with both active and passive candidates.
