Assistant Manager - Restaurant

EXPERIENCE A MUST! Looking for a Server OR Bartender that can also wear the Manager hat. Looking for qualified applicant with restaurant and bar management experience. Must be a reliable & dependable leader, bilingual, have open availability, problem solving skills, manage employees and customer service/relations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Manage Employees, Policies and Processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare inventories for bar & kitchen operation
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
