You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.

Coach and train the team on the floor to achieve the highest standards of service for which Dorchester Collection is renowned for.

To monitor overall budget, food and beverage revenue, cost of sales, other expenses and payroll.

Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating the service team

Control quality levels of products and services, operation cost, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene in an ongoing basis.

Ensure that the standards set by the Company’s Policy and Procedures regarding personal hygiene and grooming are maintained by all service colleagues.

During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.

Assist with rosters on a two (2) weekly basis and review overtime, holiday requirements and absenteeism daily with the Restaurant GM.

Maintain administrative records such as attendance records, duty rosters, vacation plans and hygiene inspection records, etc.

Maintain a relationship with all regular guests, keeping them informed of any activation happening in the outlet and giving them a special service when dining.

Perform all related duties and special projects as assigned.

Control quarterly inventory of Standard Operating Equipment.

Fully accountable for the consistent operation of the assigned outlet.

Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb, and security regulations.

Ensure that the standards set by the Company’s Policy and Procedures regarding personal hygiene are maintained.

Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date

Monitor the MTD and YTD revenue with the rest of the management and take initiatives to lead sales on the floor.

Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.

You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.

You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
