"Assistant Manager Sales (Lahore)"
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a smooth and continuous flow of sales each month, in line with the assigned targets.
- Identify all end users of the assigned products, including large, mid-tier, and small buyer segments.
- Conduct daily visits to clients’ offices to generate sales and build long-term business relationships. Aim to foster strong, lasting partnerships by understanding their business needs.
- Meet recovery targets for payments and tax challans promptly as agreed upon with customers and approved by the company.
- Identify new products and marketplaces to generate new business opportunities. Prepare a detailed competitive analysis report that includes information on regions, payment terms, pricing, and volume.
- Generate customer complaint reports promptly upon receipt, detailing actions taken to resolve issues, along with suggestions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop commercial sources for distributing products in consultation with management to increase sales, liquidity, reach, and improve customer relationships to achieve positive cash flow.
- Contribute to sales development through strategies focused on marketing, branding, customer retention, pricing, and distribution within your area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in marketing)
- Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in sales. Must be from the textile chemical sales industry.
- Must have sound knowledge of the end-to-end channel management Process, should have hands-on practice in Market Research/ Busines Development.
- Must have experience in exploring new markets while maintaining existing customers satisfied.
