Job Title: AM Sales (IT Industry Only)
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Qualification: Bachelors or Master's degree in IT, Sales or Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Min 3 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
Oversee end-to-end sales execution, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, orders, and communications.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring no leads or opportunities are missed.
Loop in technical teams for product demos, quotations, and post-sales support.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and order approvals.
Work with operations to ensure delivery and service fulfillment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Respond to customer queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Track feedback and escalate issues for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer communications, and operational activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Customer-centric approach with persuasive presentation skills.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
