What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation and outreach activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive conversions and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
