Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to promote and expand our Conventional Welding Electrodes business in Renukoot. The role demands strong technical knowledge, customer relationship building, and proven sales achievements in industrial markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Achieve sales targets for conventional electrodes in the assigned territory.

· Build and manage relationships with customers, fabricators, distributors, and channel partners.

· Identify new business opportunities across steel, fabrication, and engineering industries.

· Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and ensure timely collections.

· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and report sales/MIS to management.

Skills & Qualifications:-

· Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience in sales of welding consumables or related technical products.

· Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to travel extensively.
