Assistant Manager – Sales (Industrial Division)

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales to join our Industrial Sales Division. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, a strong client-focused approach, and a proven ability to drive business growth. Experience in pumps sales is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities in the industrial sector.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial sector preferred).

Pumps sales experience is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
