DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent would be responsible for marketing and selling Edbiz Consulting’s (including its affiliates – Cambridge IFA and Edbiz Corporation) events, publications and other related products and services offered while reporting to the Head of Projects and Implementation. Following is a breakdown of tasks and responsibilities in detail.

Ø Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.

Ø Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.

Ø Being responsible for individual sales target (Telemarketing Experience).

Ø Assisting the Head of Projects and Implementation in implementing sales strategies for the company.

Ø Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects.

Ø Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

Ø Exploit all necessary and suitable marketing channels to market the brand and products of Edbiz Consulting and Cambridge IFA within the allocated budget.

Ø Assist in the social media campaigns and coverage of publications and events of Edbiz Consulting and Cambridge IFA.

Ø Ensure to meet the targets set by the management.

Ø Provide timely feedbacks to the management regarding performance and competition in the market.

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales plan as needed.

Ø Assist in launching new products effectively.

Ø Carry out other tasks when assigned by Company

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Business Administration (preferably in marketing) or related field of study preferred.

· Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in business development or sales and marketing is required.

· Motivated to sell, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high performance standards.

· Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

· Strong team player with a focus on delivering results with high standards.

· Capacity and aptitude to undertake research and collate information as required.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to engage with the respective clients.

  • Independent, resourceful, pro-active and a great team player.
  • A highly organised and meticulous person with the capacity to identify issues and participate in their resolutions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High level of negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to think “big picture” to generate forward planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
