We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: SITE Area , Karachi

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our growing packaging business. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and experience in selling packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for packaging products

- Manage and grow key corporate and FMCG clients- Identify new business opportunities and markets

- Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely order execution- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

- Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 3–6 years of experience in sales & marketing (experience in packaging/printing industry only)

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
