Position: Assistant Manager Sales – Philips Personal Care Products

Location: Karachi

Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Relevant Sales Experience)

Qualification: Graduate/Masters

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales of Philips Personal Care products

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in personal care, FMCG, or related products

Keen understanding about local market

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
