Assistant Manager Sales School Project

2. JOB PURPOSE:Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including re-engaging inactivecustomers, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, achieve revenue targets, andexpand market presence through client visits and digital engagement. (Retention)3. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Relationship: Establish strong relationships with corporate clients by promoting company’sstationery products through digital platforms, random visits and networking activities to ensurebrand visibility and improved market share. Extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and successfully closing new customers,especially in manufacturing and distribution organizations. Drive the maximum possible volume of cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.

2. Sales Opportunity: Identify and develop new business opportunities to broaden the customerportfolio and maintain a continuous stream of potential revenue.

3. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within companyguidelines, and close profitable deals to secure contracts that meet profit margins and contributeto business growth.

4. Revenue Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planningstrategic execution, and consistent follow-up.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborates with operations, finance, and customer serviceteams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery and accurate fulfilment of clientrequirements, reducing complaints and returns.

6. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provideinsights to management to support data-driven decision-making and improved sales strategies.

7. Team Management: Supervise and mentor the sales team, assign tasks, monitor performance, andconduct regular reviews to ensure team members meet their sales targets and follow companystandards.

4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and sales from reputed university Extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and successfully closing new customers,especially in manufacturing and distribution organizations. Must have 2-3 years of experience preferably in sales, marketing and customer service Must have own conveyance
