Assistant Manager Sales (Team Lead)

India

  • Lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage CRM tools, pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
