- Lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Manage CRM tools, pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
