Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers in textile sector
- Expand market share in Faisalabad, Lahore & other textile hubs
- Conduct regular customer visits
2. Key Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with mills, dye houses & exporters
- Handle major accounts and negotiate commercial terms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Technical Sales Support
- Coordinate with lab/R&D team for product trials
- Provide technical guidance on dyes & auxiliaries
- Support customers in process optimization
(Important in chemical sales roles where technical knowledge is required)
4. Market Intelligence
- Analyze competitor products & pricing
- Monitor market trends in textile chemicals
- Suggest new product opportunities
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Coordinate with production, logistics & finance
- Ensure timely order execution & recovery
Required Qualifications
- BSc / MSc (Chemistry, Textile, Chemical Engineering)
- MBA (preferred for growth roles)
- 4–6 years experience in textile chemicals / dyes sales
