Assistant Manager Sales (Textile Chemicals)

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop new customers in textile sector
  • Expand market share in Faisalabad, Lahore & other textile hubs
  • Conduct regular customer visits

2. Key Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with mills, dye houses & exporters
  • Handle major accounts and negotiate commercial terms
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

3. Technical Sales Support

  • Coordinate with lab/R&D team for product trials
  • Provide technical guidance on dyes & auxiliaries
  • Support customers in process optimization

(Important in chemical sales roles where technical knowledge is required)

4. Market Intelligence

  • Analyze competitor products & pricing
  • Monitor market trends in textile chemicals
  • Suggest new product opportunities

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Coordinate with production, logistics & finance
  • Ensure timely order execution & recovery

Required Qualifications

  • BSc / MSc (Chemistry, Textile, Chemical Engineering)
  • MBA (preferred for growth roles)
  • 4–6 years experience in textile chemicals / dyes sales

Job Type: Full-time
