What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and motivate a dynamic outbound sales team
• Lead by example; jump on calls, support your team, and share winning sales strategies
• Keep performance on track through effective coaching, feedback, and team development
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism
• Deliver insights and performance reports to help shape sales strategies and targets
• Contribute to creating a high-energy, goal-driven, and positive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound or telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Age requirement: 30 years or above.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of outbound or telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead for sales training and supervision role.
• Excellent English communication and people skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum age: 30 years

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Half-day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
