Crafts Builders and developer is seeking a dynamic, passionate and result oriented sales executive with strong real estate insight, especially in Clifton and DHA. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate professional grooming, consist work ethic, and ability to close high tickets deals.

Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

· Achieving define Sales KPIS.

· Managing a sales pipe line.

· Ensuring Ethical, Professional, and structured client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Real estate Market expertise

· Generate lead through cold calling

· Meet with potential clients

· Present suitable property options

· Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.

· Build and maintain long term relationship with clients.

· Negotiate and close sales deals and meet monthly targets.

Experience Required:

Ø 5+ years over all experience in Real Estate industry (Min.02 years prior experience with luxury and high-Ticket real estate projects)

Qualification:

Ø Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing(Master’s Preferred)
