Crafts Builders and developer is seeking a dynamic, passionate and result oriented sales executive with strong real estate insight, especially in Clifton and DHA. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate professional grooming, a consist work ethic, and ability to close high tickets deals.

Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

· Achieving define Sales KPIS.

· Managing a sales pipe line.

· Ensuring Ethical, Professional, and structured client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Real estate Market expertise

· Generate lead through cold calling

· Meet with potential clients

· Present suitable property options

· Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.

· Build and maintain long term relationship with clients.

· Negotiate and close sales deals and meet monthly targets.

Experience Required:

Ø 5+ years over all experience in Real Estate industry (Min.02 years prior experience with luxury and high-Ticket real estate projects)

Qualification:

Ø Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing(Master’s Preferred)
