Assistant Manager - SEO

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Assistant Manager – SEO who can lead, strategize, and elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical, and AI-driven SEO, while also mentoring a team and acting as a key link between clients and the company. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of evolving SEO landscapes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve measurable growth in organic visibility and traffic.
• Act as a strategic mediator between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and performance reviews; identify improvement areas and provide actionable feedback.
• Design and implement advanced SEO strategies focused on sustainable growth, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated on latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI integrations to refine ongoing strategies.
• Utilize advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze results, and present insights to management and clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• 7–10 years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and exposure to AI-powered SEO techniques.
• Experience in managing SEO campaigns within digital agencies or multi-client environments.
• Proficient in keyword research, link-building, site audits, and content optimization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with top SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive innovation in SEO practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
