Assistant Manager/ Shift Leader - 303

Our Church’s Chicken is now hiring Assistant Managers/Shift Leaders. We are immediately placing strong candidates.

To be considered for Management level positions applicants must have previous QSR leadership / management experience.

Assistant Manager/Shift Leader Responsibilities -

• Assist with managing the operations and restaurant crew
• Work closely with RGM to assist with needs throughout the restaurant
• Strong customer service skills to resolve customer issues
• Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment
• Assist with staff training and scheduling as needed
• Exercise proper food handling, cash handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
• Set the tone for the shift, motivate crew on all shifts and hold accountable to tasks
