Content Strategy and Planning: o Audit the FPC (Fixed Point Chart) for key channels, ensuring all environmental factors are considered and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed. o Draft and implement a dynamic content-sharing policy for cluster channels, factoring in content decay, ROI, and revenue maximization.
2. Consumer Focus: o Analyse viewership behaviour to identify significant trends and flag changes to the research team for deeper investigation. o Provide actionable insights to the content team, enabling them to align with evolving audience preferences.
3. Process Improvement: o Identify bottlenecks in content-related workflows and implement strategies to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT).
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor and evaluate monthly GRP (Gross Rating Points) targets versus actual deviations, identifying key performance gaps. o Improvise strategies at a weekly level based on data releases to meet and exceed weekly GRP targets. o Prepare / present detailed reports or decks to support decision-making.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: o Act as a liaison between the Marketing, research, and content teams to ensure alignment on objectives and seamless execution of plans. o Engage with senior leadership to provide updates on channel performance, strategy effectiveness, and areas of improvement.
