Job Summary: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily supermarket operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock availability, and leading staff to achieve sales and operational targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.</li><li>Supervise cashiers, sales staff, and department supervisors.</li><li>Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.</li><li>Ensure proper pricing, product display, and store cleanliness.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.</li><li>Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.</li><li>Train, coach, and evaluate employees.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, health, and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets.</li><li>Prepare daily operational and sales reports.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
