Role Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will own end-to-end planning, procurement, and logistics optimization to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and service excellence. The role partners closely with commercial, QA, production, and finance teams to drive innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments for supply contracts and agreements to safeguard business continuity and mitigate potential risks.
  • Consolidate purchase volumes and manage product categories to improve quality, service efficiency, and cost.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product innovation and launches, meeting target costs and timelines.
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting aligned to production schedules and inventory targets.
  • Proactively manage exceptions related to stock allocation, promotions, and inventory.
  • Optimize production planning, logistics networks, and transportation for cost, timeliness, and quality.
  • Participate in supplier audits and food safety inspections to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain executives, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze supply chain data and reports to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in demand planning, supply management, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in logistics and broader supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
