ASSISTANT MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN

Job Description (JD)

Ø Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the system’s effectiveness (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS, 18001 and 22000).

Ø Responsible to manage inventory in SAP and Replenishment of inventory using Inventory levels (ROP).

Ø Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned categories to align with business objectives.

Ø Plan and monitor inventory levels, manage warehouse functions, and oversee transportation to ensure on-time delivery.

Ø Handle the end-to-end process of Supply Chain.

Ø Negotiate quotations with the most competitive prices, terms of delivery and the best quality materials.

Ø Managing processes of Purchase Demand (PD), Purchase Order (PO) on monthly basis.

Ø Analyze supply chain data, track KPIs (e.g., in SAP systems), and report on bottlenecks to senior management.

Ø Support the development of supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and speed.

Ø Ensure zero stock outs situation on critical materials and items by working hand in hand with stores and following the set Re-Order Points (ROP).

Ø Timely supervision of purchase orders for the various requested items until the goods received note (GRN) is raised and the supplier fully paid.

Ø Conduct monthly supplier visits to assess their capacity to produce and supply goods as per THERMOSOLE Standards and in the same regard share various improvement areas to the supplier.

Ø Implement the THERMOSOLE way by executing your duties in line with Quality, Speed, Cost, Safety and People in order to establish the basis for Effective Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement and innovation and ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements with other departments.

Ø Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the HOD.

Experience required 8-10 years

Qualification Bachelor's Degree

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
