o Oversee inbound logistics, ensuring timely customs clearance and adherence to all transportation regulations for sensitive materials.
o Implement robust inventory control mechanisms and support physical inventory counts/cycle counts.
Production Planning & Coordination:
o Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, and Engineering departments to align material flow with Master Production Schedules (MPS).
o Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks, developing mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Compliance & Documentation:
o Ensure all SCM activities comply with local and international trade compliance regulations, offset requirements, and internal quality policies.
o Maintain meticulous documentation and traceability records required for aerospace audits (AS9100).
Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for SCM process optimization, implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability.
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, APICS) is highly preferred.
Experience:
o Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management roles.
o Prior experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or a similarly complex, highly regulated manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Required Qualifications & Skills

o Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Soft Skills:
o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
