We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and integrating top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all roles across the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and plan talent acquisition strategies.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes efficiently.
• Oversee onboarding programs that enhance new employee engagement and retention.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs, manage dashboards, and analyze data to generate insights that drive continuous improvement in hiring performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) .
• A team player with high attention to detail and a passion for people.
