Responsibilities:

o Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing (job boards, social media) to onboarding.

o Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and create job descriptions.

o Oversee candidate screening, interviews, and positive experience.

o Maintain recruitment trackers and analyze key metrics (KPIs).

o Assist with performance management cycles (appraisals, goal setting)

o Manage HR data, reporting, and dashboards.

o Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders on talent matters.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Operations).

o Provide guidance to team members and manage day-to-day activities.

o Act as a liaison between leadership and HR.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Management

· Required qualification into MBA/MSW/MA in HRM

· Strong understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing strategies.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
