Location: Karachi, Sindh (PK)

Position Summary

This position is responsible for consolidating, tracking, and validating regional trade offers while ensuring accurate system entry and budget compliance through SAP and P&L monitoring. It manages trade spend visibility across SKUs, regions, business units, and channels by developing and maintaining Excel and Power BI dashboards for cost-to-serve, pricing, and performance metrics. The position serves as a key liaison with sales, finance, logistics, CPD, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans, giveaways, and distributor or outlet engagement programs, including incentive tracking and market validation. Additionally, it provides analysis on trade spend efficiency, pricing structures, and SKU-specific requirements, delivering timely insights to senior management to support effective trade and sales decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate, track & validate regional trade offers, ensure timely approval, and use SAP for system entry.
• Track trade spend across SKUs, regions, business units, and channels, including monitoring P&Ls to maintain budget control and prevent overspend.
• Prepare and manage Excel and Power BI dashboards for cost-to-serve, net trade price, trade spend visibility, and other performance metrics.
• Liason with sales, finance, logistics, CPD, and marketing to support smooth execution of trade plans and giveaways.
• Provide analysis on trade spend efficiency, pricing structures, trade engagement activities, and SKU-specific capping requirements.
• Design and support distributor & outlet engagement initiatives, including incentive program tracking and market visits to validate execution.
• Deliver timely, data-driven insights to senior management to guide trade and sales decisions.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience within FMCG industry
