About the Role:

We’re Hiring Sales Executive for Cattle Feed Division. This job is pivotal in acquiring and expanding our customer base in the pre-harvest segment. With a keen focus on product knowledge, the executive contributes to revenue growth and fosters strong relationships with Dehaat Centre and Farmers.

Responsibilities :

• Collaboration with the sales team, in terms of crop wise product placement. Ensuring the effective sales plan in coordination with sales team
• Ensure the top line and bottom line product reason.
• Real time inputs for pricing, segment, crop duration & product seasons.
• Understand the company's product range, quality standards, and unique selling points to effectively market and sell the product categories.
• Develop a reporting plan that includes key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Compare actual performance against targets to track growth trajectory and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and efficient distribution of product categories to meet customer demand and minimize stock outs or overstock situations.
• Implement strategies to optimize payment schedules and improve working capital efficiency within the product category.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture must be preferred
• 2-3yrs of experience required in Vegetable Seeds
