  • Lead the team towards operational excellence while performing the client contract.
  • Execute assigned client contracts and implement continual process improvements to ensure customer retention.
  • To ensure required no of headcount in place for the day operation.
  • Providing of timely MIS & KPI reports to the Customer / HO in the predetermined formats.
  • Maintain all transaction records in the Warehouse.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy and Location Accuracy 100% on daily basis.
  • Responsible for daily cycle count and stock count as well on reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper accountability on WMS for day to day operation
  • Ensure all the staff wearing PPE and maintain 5s in the floor operation.
  • Lead the team to improve safety, quality & housekeeping standards, company and client SOPs and audit requirements by coordinating with the safety and audit teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
  • Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
