Assistant Manager Web developer & I.T

Design, develop, update, and maintain company websites

Manage website content, performance, security, and backups

Coordinate with marketing/admin teams for digital requirements

Ensure website responsiveness, SEO basics, and uptime

Troubleshoot web-related technical issues

IT Support & Troubleshooting

Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (hardware, software, email, printers, ERP, etc.)

Diagnose and resolve system, network, and user issues promptly

Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and software

Maintain data security and user access controls

Networking & Infrastructure

Manage LAN/WAN, internet connections, Wi-Fi, and networking devices

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for IT and networking services

Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Reporting & Coordination

Report IT system status and issues to management
