Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an in-house position and not a remote job. This role is essential for supporting the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in their daily operations across two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and managerial support
• Manage day-to-day communications, including answering phones
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and warranty companies
• Accurately maintain and manage the books for both business locations using Quickbooks.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $22 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits:
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• 401K with up to a 5% match.
• Schedule Flexibility: This position can be structured as either a Full-Time role (40 hours per week) or a Part-Time role (25-30 hours per week) to accommodate the individual's availability.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
