Job Summary:
He/she will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial documentation and coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth project execution. The role involves handling purchase orders, quotations, agreements, invoices, tender-related documentation, vendor communication, and providing support in inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage commercial and logistics functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all commercial documentation including purchase orders, quotations, agreements, invoices, and tender submissions.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
· Oversee logistics operations such as material movement, dispatch planning, and tracking.
· Support inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring timely replenishment.
· Assist in cost analysis, commercial negotiations, and documentation audits.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.
· Maintain systematic filing and documentation for all commercial and logistics activities.
Required Experience:
3–5 years of experience in the interior industry or related commercial/logistics roles.
Qualification:
B.Com / Mathematics
Salary Package:
₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
