Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Product Listing & Management

• Upload and manage & handled product listings on E com platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart ,eBay, etc.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory levels.

2) Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Process customer orders promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for smooth fulfilment and shipping.
• Respond to customer queries about orders, returns, and exchanges.

3) Marketing & Promotions

• Assist with email, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Create strategies to boost traffic and conversions.

4) Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track sales, website analytics, and customer behaviour.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Identify improvement areas and suggest data-driven actions.

5) SEO & Content Management

• Optimize content and product pages for SEO.
• Collaborate with content team to ensure brand alignment.
• Maintain a user-friendly and seamless website experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any degree with relevant and adequate experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in handling e commerce business independently.
• Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,945.95 per month
