Position - Assistant Manager – Import & Export Operations(Arabic speakers)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Import & Export Operations for a leading Freight Forwarding company in Dubai.

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 12,000

Arabic-speaking candidates preferred

The ideal candidate will manage import/export operations and customs processes across JAFZA & DWC, ensuring smooth shipment flow and compliance with UAE customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import & export documentation and coordination
• Oversee customs clearance & Freezone → Mainland movement
• Coordinate with Dubai Customs, JAFZA & DWC authorities
• Ensure correct HS codes & trade compliance Requirements:
• 6–8 years of experience in import/export & customs operations
• Strong knowledge of JAFZA & DWC procedures
• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
