Team Leader – Project Manager

Location: Lucknow
Experience: Minimum 7 years (for postgraduates) or 15 years (for B.E./B.Tech) in infrastructure project management
Qualification: MBA / ME / M.Tech with Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, especially drinking water projects, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional field teams, contractors, clients, and internal departments.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety standards on site.
• Skilled in quality assurance, technical supervision, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and government regulations.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed project status reports to stakeholders.
• Experience in resource deployment and effective coordination to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with documentation management, including TDS/PF record submission and regulatory filings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government bodies, including State Water Supply Mission (SWSM).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site challenges and drive timely solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and compliance.
