Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our communities, guiding prospective residents through leasing processes, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your proactive attitude and strong organizational skills will help foster positive relationships with residents and contribute to the smooth operation of our properties.

Duties

  • Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries promptly and using sales background to schedule showings and encourage prospects to fall in love with the property sight unseen
  • Greet prospective tenants warmly, conduct property tours, and effectively communicate leasing options and community features
  • Manage leasing documentation, including applications, and legal paperwork in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Utilize property management software such as Appfolio and Smartsheet for lease processing and record keeping
  • Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and resolving tenant inquiries promptly
  • Assisting residents with questions, resident retention, package receival for residents, etc
  • Support lease renewals and additional services or amenities to enhance resident satisfaction
  • Resident events

Experience

  • High School education and at least one year of experience working in a position that requires customer service and sales
  • Computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management expertise

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
