Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager (Marketing) with hands-on experience as a full-stack marketer. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end marketing functions, including digital campaigns, brand positioning, content strategy, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and conversions
- Oversee content strategy, including blogs, website content, and social media calendars
- Monitor and improve search engine rankings (SEO) and website performance
- Handle email marketing campaigns, automation, and audience segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare actionable reports
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms
- Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign execution
- Stay updated with AI-driven marketing trends, including AI search visibility and prompt-based optimization
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of full-stack digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEO & keyword research
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content optimization
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (BBA) or MBA (Marketing preferred)
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
