Assistant Manager(Marketing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager (Marketing) with hands-on experience as a full-stack marketer. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end marketing functions, including digital campaigns, brand positioning, content strategy, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and conversions
  • Oversee content strategy, including blogs, website content, and social media calendars
  • Monitor and improve search engine rankings (SEO) and website performance
  • Handle email marketing campaigns, automation, and audience segmentation
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare actionable reports
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign execution
  • Stay updated with AI-driven marketing trends, including AI search visibility and prompt-based optimization

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of full-stack digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SEO & keyword research
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content optimization
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (BBA) or MBA (Marketing preferred)

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
