Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager/Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our Medical Spa, SKIN MD in Pacific Beach. You will be a liason for patients and medical staff/aestheticians and ensure a 5-star experience is the standard.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated conflict management skills coupled with negotiation abilities for lease agreements and resident relations.
• Medical Office or Spa Experience
• Experience in customer service and supervision or assistant management.
• Office experience including filing, phone etiquette, contracts review, and facilities management support.

This role offers uncapped commission and sales opportunities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
