We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager (Sales) who is a native Arabic speaker to support our sales team in achieving targets, expanding our client base, and driving business growth. This role requires a valid driving license as the position involves traveling to client sites and company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the team in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
