About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales manager in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring targets are achieved. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and building strong connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to generate leads.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance business development efforts.
• Handle escalated client issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven work experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Minimum [X years] of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop strategies.
