Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Stores to oversee inventory operations, ensure accurate stock management, and support smooth material flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and inventory control
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
  • Maintain proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Registers)
  • Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Production teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Management preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
  • Good coordination and reporting skills
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial setup preferred
