Job Overview -

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our admissions, sales, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers excellent exposure to marketing operations, client interactions, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle inquiry calls and provide accurate information about courses and services.
• Explain program details clearly to prospective students and parents.
• Assist in the admission process including documentation, form filling, and student onboarding.
• Respond to inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Create basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist in planning and managing events such as workshops, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain organized records and databases.

Skills & Competencies -

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms
