Ethos Logos Publishing, a leading provider of curriculum for K-12 schools and the homeschool community, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona.
At Ethos Logos, we empower educators, homeschool families, and charter schools with high-quality, easy-to-implement resources—including lesson cards, workbooks, digital courses, and full curriculum systems—that bring the richness of classical learning to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

We're looking for a versatile, hands-on marketer with experience who can drive visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple channels while supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow our presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), creating engaging content, setting posting schedules, fostering community interaction, and analyzing performance to connect with homeschool parents, educators, and school leaders.
· Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our curriculum products, website content, blog, and resources, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
· Maintain and update our WordPress website, including content creation, page builds, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a seamless user experience.
· Support graphic design and video editing needs using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar—creating promotional graphics, social media visuals, email headers, short product videos, and trade show materials.
· Plan and execute trade show marketing efforts, including booth design/setup, promotional materials, lead capture, and follow-up strategies for events serving the homeschool and private/charter school communities.
· Contribute to inside sales activities, such as qualifying leads, nurturing inquiries via email/phone, and providing product information to prospective customers.
· Collaborate closely with and support the sales team by generating marketing-qualified leads, creating sales collateral, running campaigns, and tracking results to help meet revenue goals.
Required Qualifications:
· 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in education, publishing, e-commerce, or a related field.
· Proven proficiency in managing social media channels with a track record of growing engagement and followers.
· Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools).
· Fluency in WordPress (content management, basic site maintenance, and optimization).
· General hands-on experience with graphics and video editing (proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or equivalents).
· Experience with trade show or event marketing is helpful.
· Some inside sales or customer-facing experience (phone/email lead handling).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for education and learning.
· Ability to work independently in a small team environment while being collaborative and results-oriented.
· Located in or willing to work in Tucson, Arizona
Preferred:
· Familiarity with the homeschool or education market.
· Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic CRM systems.
· Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta, Google) is a plus.
