Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize

digital marketing campaigns while also supporting basic graphic design needs. The ideal

candidate is both data-driven and creative, capable of running campaigns and producing

visually engaging marketing assets that strengthen brand presence and drive results.

Freshers here i n Dubai are preferrable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms.

* Manage and optimize website content for user experience.

* Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams t o align marketing strategies.

* Develop and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads,

etc.) t o maximize ROl

* Design marketing creatives such as social media posts, ads, banners, email

visuals, presentations, and basic promotional materials.

* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree i n Marketing, Business, Communications, o r a related field (or

equivalent experience).

* Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

* Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads

Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability t o interpret data and make actionable

recommendations.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
