Assistant Marketing Manager

Our client, Thrasher Partners, is looking to add an Assistant Marketing Manager to their growing team. Thrasher Partners, alongside Supportworks and Thrasher Group, is comprised of several contractors across the U.S. dedicated to redefining the foundation and concrete repair industry.

In this pivotal role, the Assistant Marketing Manager will manage the marketing department, ensuring successful brand management and lead generation to help meet company goals.

What You Will Do as an Assistant Marketing Manager:

• Report to the Regional Marketing Director.
• Develop the annual marketing plan and budget that will meet company lead goals.
• Oversee the content calendar for social channels, websites, etc.
• Create and provide creative direction regarding the company's marketing materials (campaigns, social media, written materials, videos, graphics, etc.).
• Manage employees' performance and conducts performance reviews.
• Live out the company's purpose, mission and values.

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of online and offline marketing principles and practices.
• Skills in software programs such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Zapier and Salesforce.
• You have a background with Meta, Google Ads and other Paid Media platforms.
• An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing OR a combination of education and experience to showcase a track record in the field.
• The ability to operate personal computer and programs; design software experience is a plus.
• Having experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
• You're comfortable running trade shows and events.
