Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics, supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns. This position is essential for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through multi-channel marketing efforts.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms including social media, email, and web.
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to enhance brand presence.
  • Support advertising sales initiatives through targeted campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and streamline campaign workflows.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist with product management tasks related to marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms built on WordPress and HTML coding.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure ROI and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Support budgeting processes for marketing projects and initiatives.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with familiarity in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies including e-commerce integration and print advertising.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting ability for compelling content development.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
