Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management

Support the implementation of the brand’s global marketing strategy in the local market.

Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels (digital, retail, events, print).

Liaise with the OEM marketing team in China to align brand guidelines, campaigns, and messaging.
2. Product Marketing
-
Assist in planning and executing new model launches, test drive events, roadshows, and showroom activations.

Prepare product comparison sheets, sales tools, and training material for internal teams.
-
Coordinate with the product team for feature highlights, pricing updates, and promotional messaging.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
-
Manage digital marketing campaigns including paid ads, social media content, SEO/SEM, and website updates.
-
Coordinate with digital agencies for creative content, analytics, and monthly performance reports.
-
Monitor competitor digital activities and propose improvements.
4. Advertising & Creative Development
-
Support creative development of campaign assets such as videos, banners, brochures, POS materials, and outdoor ads.
-
Manage translation of communication materials from Chinese/English to local requirements.
-
Oversee production timelines ensuring quality and consistency.
5. Events & Activations
-
Support planning and execution of marketing events including vehicle launches, customer engagement events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.

Coordinate logistics, vendors, event agencies, and internal teams.
6. Retail & Dealership Marketing
-
Ensure all dealerships meet brand CI (Corporate Identity) standards.
-
Provide signage, display materials, campaign kits, and local marketing support.

Track dealership-level marketing calendars and monthly promotional activities.
7. Budget & Reporting
-
Assist in managing the marketing budget, vendor payments, and cost tracking.
-
Provide monthly marketing performance reports, ROI analysis, and dashboards.
-
Prepare reports for OEM submission as required.
8. Collaboration & Coordination
-
Work closely with the sales team to support strategic campaigns that increase test drives, leads, and conversions.

Collaborate with PR agencies for media visibility, press releases, and influencer activities.
-
Coordinate with CRM team to support retention and loyalty campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
-
Master’s degree preferred (but not required).
Experience
-
3–6 years of experience in automotive marketing (preferably with a Chinese brand such as MG, Geely, Changan, BYD, GAC, etc.).

Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.

Experience handling agencies and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
