Assistant Marketing Manager

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join our team as Assistant Marketing Manager with F&B industry experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan layouts and visuals for advertising across various media channels, including print, social media, and digital platforms.
• Conceptualize, prepare, and contribute creative ideas for promotional and marketing activities.
• Coordinate and supervise graphic design work by contributing to the conceptualization and preparation of artwork and design materials.
• Coordinate photography for events and company activities for use in press releases, advertising agencies, newspapers, publications, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market surveys as required to gather market intelligence on competitors’ activities and current market trends.
• Assist in preparing overall marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
• Suggest and plan activities for the annual marketing calendar.
• Coordinate updates to the company website, including promotions, offers, photos, and company news, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and IT Manager.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Monitor third-party branding and artwork activities to ensure compliance with brand standards and report deviations to the Marketing Manager.
• Analyze and report on competitor promotions, including successes and shortfalls, through media review and market studies.
• Attend meetings, functions, and exhibitions within the UAE as required to represent the Marketing Department.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Restaurants, Marketing Agencies, or F&B Hospitality
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa)
• Location: UAE
