Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing and a passion for promoting unique tour experiences.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, increase bookings, and expand our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline promotions)
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate with tour partners and vendors for promotional collaborations
- Create engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Support SEO/SEM and paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Assist with website content updates and optimization
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help organize promotional events, travel expos, and trade shows
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (travel/tourism industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel or tour operator companies
- Graphic design skills
- Photography or videography experience
- Multilingual (Korean/Japanese) skills are a plus
