Assistant Marketing Manager – Lubricants Division

Role Scope:

· Support and execute marketing strategies for Automotive, Marine, Aviation, and Industrial lubricant products

· Coordinate branding activities, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns

· Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, newsletters, and website updates

· Support distributor and dealer marketing activities across local and international markets

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis

· Coordinate with design agencies, digital marketing agencies, printers, and media partners

· Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online branding

· Assist in preparing product catalogs, technical documents, and marketing presentations

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports

· Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

· Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Management teams to support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

· 4–7 years of experience in lubricant industry marketing

· Strong experience in Automotive, Marine, Aviation, or Industrial lubricants sector is mandatory

· Experience in B2B, B2C marketing and distributor network support

· Good understanding of lubricant products, specifications, and industry terminology

· Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills

· Experience in digital marketing and content creation will be an added advantage

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools

Preferred Skills:

· Creative thinking and campaign planning ability

· Knowledge of international lubricant markets

· Experience handling exhibitions and trade events

· Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and marketing automation tools
